If you do not agree, you must not use AlphaView.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", version 2026-06-13) govern your access to and use of AlphaView, operated by Stockertim ("we", "us", "our"). By accepting these Terms, or by accessing or using AlphaView, you ("you", "the member", "the customer") agree to be bound by them and by the Disclaimer above, which forms part of these Terms.
You must read and accept these Terms before you can use AlphaView. Acceptance is recorded together with the date and time, the version accepted, and basic technical details of the session, and a copy is emailed to you and retained by us as evidence of your agreement.
AlphaView is provided on an invite-only basis. Access is provisioned to you personally through a private, secured link and a multi-factor sign-in. You agree to keep your access link and credentials confidential, not to share your account, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
AlphaView is provided for your own internal, lawful use only. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to breach any applicable law or the rights of others.
AlphaView, including its software, design, analytics, methodologies, content and all related intellectual property, is owned by Stockertim and its licensors and is protected by law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use AlphaView while your subscription is active. You must not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, scrape, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the underlying logic or structure of any part of AlphaView, or use it to build a competing product.
Portfolio information you enter is treated as confidential to you. Benchmarking and comparison features present structure and alignment only and never disclose your or any other party's private holdings values to others. We process data to operate and secure the service.
AlphaView is offered on subscription plans billed annually, typically with a free trial period after which the applicable fee becomes payable. You authorise the charging of the fees for the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel in accordance with your plan; cancellation stops future renewals.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Disclaimer above applies in full to these Terms. AlphaView does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and you are solely responsible for your decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockertim and AlphaView, and their owners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and data providers, will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of capital, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any investment or financial decision made or not made by you, arising out of or relating to AlphaView, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for AlphaView in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stockertim and AlphaView and the persons listed above from and against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of AlphaView, your investment or financial decisions, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or to protect the security or integrity of the service. You may stop using AlphaView at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including the Disclaimer, intellectual-property, limitation-of-liability and indemnity provisions) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will increase the version number and require you to review and accept the updated Terms on your next sign-in. Your continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stockertim is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to you.
